Step 1- The dough
- Combine 400 g flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 pk vanilla sugar, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 110 g margarine and 200 ml oat milk one in a large bowl and knead into a smooth
dough.
Step 2- Shape and coat
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or at 180°C.
- Place the dough on a floured work surface and spread it with your hands to a thickness of about 2 cm.
- Cut out circles with a suitable container. Knead the remaining dough again, roll it out and cut out circles until there is no dough left.
- Now place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with a little oat milk.
Step 3- Off to the oven
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes.
- Let cool and then serve with jam.
